Here is my recipe from Brew365.com
1/2 oz. - Centennial (flameout)
1 oz. - Centennial (Dry Hop)

Wyeast American Ale II Yeast (#1272) - 1800 ml starter
Mash/Sparge/Boil

Mash at 153° for 60 min.
Sparge as usual
Cool and ferment at 65° to 68°
Notes

Matt -- not yet. I've got a bottle of THA waiting for me. I've been letting the beer mellow out a bit, and I need the time to sit down and enjoy a couple glasses of IPA. :)

Off the bat, I would say it's lacking some aroma. So, I might suggest bumping up the dry hop to 2oz, if you got it. It also seems to have a punch of hop flavor, which is good, might might be too strong, so I might move the 20 minute addition back to 15, and/or stick another addition in at 5 minutes.

I'm planning to do an Amarillo version of this with Summit at bittering, so I'll get to this soon and report back.
