Took a trip to Iron Mountain for Thanksgiving. I've heard that Keweenaw BC in Houghton is canning their beer. I went looking at Riverside Liquor just over the border in WI and found Red Jacket Amber and Pick Axe Blond ales. I picked up the Amber, which is advertised as a Oktoberfest-like ale more than an American Amber. It was a pretty good middle of the road beer. I've got another can saved for a future sit-down. They recently also started canning their brown ale. They're not distributing this far down state yet, but may get down here some day.
