    What kind of yeast did you use? I made a Wheat a few months ago that had a metallic taste to it, and I think it might be the fault of the yeast.

    I used the "Munich" dry strain of yeast from danstar.

    I used Wyeast 1010, and WLP320. It was kind of a weird thing that never went away. I've never used 1010 before, but I've used 320 and don't recall that. Might have been some kind of fluke on brew day, but kind of weird. If I ever feel like doing this again, like I said, I'll do something differently.
